Razer Synapse wont reinstall

i tried opening synapse and i saw that is wasnt opening so i tried deleting all files in file explorer then tried uninstalling it via control panel but it had a blank icon and now its stuck then when i click uninstall nothing happens then i tried deleting all regedit associated with razer then restarted computer. then when i went to try to reinstall it and nothing popped up, but the mouse wheel was swirling for a bit and nothing happened after that the installer never showed up. im thinking that i may have corrupted the files somehow and ive tried looking up all kinds of fixes but nothing seemed to work, i need some desperate help plz.
