Razer Tartarus V2 not recognized by 4 computers.

Hi, just bought a Razer Tartarus V2, unbox it, and connected to the computer, but nothing, downloaded and installed Razer Synapse 3, and nothing, went to device manager, and there's nothing there (in keyboards and USB devices).
Did this in 3 other computers, from different brands and from laptops to desktops, the same situation.
Is there something else that I could try?
