Razer Tiamat 7.1 V1,terrible sound,any help?

Hi Razer,I purchased these headphones hoping I will get better sond then from virtual 7.1 headphones but:
The sound is so poor, misses like depth, and that woow effect.
The sound experience is like I purchased 10$ headphones.
Now before all this I read mostly positive comments on amazon, mostly!
So am I missing some settings for them?
Simply if you know what I am saying they won't give me that wooow effect when I wear them...every sound is like flat line..no ups and downs.
I tested them with 4 different PCs with different sound card, and I got a sound like through tin cans.
I tested all speakers via Windows 7.1 surround test and Realtek test and all work fine.
I own Realtek sound card on all 4 PCs (Asus Rampage V,Asus Formula VIII and Crosshair Hero VIII).
How can I get the sound appropriate to these headphones,or I am one of the unlucky ones who got screwed with bad sound card which came with these headphones.
I've connected the headphones okay via cable and motherboard, and I did get sond on all drivers, when tested.

Same issue here any help?
same issue since windows 10 took over 7
there is a guide given from support members to install get it to work but still for some reason you either get no 7.1 or like a 7.1 running as 5.1

run chkdsk
run chkdsk repair
run sfc /scannow
run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

make sure x64 and x86 2015-2019 redistributals are installed
makesure 4.7 and 3.5 net adapters installed
make sure have correct sound driver for mobo
all windows updates were completed and installed
install razer surround for v7.1 not razer surround pro
with restart pc in between each of these installations
with this you can get razer surround to play through say realtek audio driver and have aquired 7.1 sound through the razer sound controller but has a static choppy clash through out sounds like shit
disable razer surround controller in device manager and use just the realtek audio manager you achieve clear none static good sound with a difference in 5.1 and 7.1 sound but you loose the 7.1 positional sound needed for gaming

i hear that poor usb grounds can be causing the sound static clash but i more so believe it has to do with the drivers clashing very dissappointing considering were 400 $ headset when came out and worked mint on windows 7 to work like trash on windows 10 still being worth 350$ and also being discontinued with now no longer any support
ive been trying to find a complete awnser for this for a few years now and some how managed to get it to work or atleast didnt notice the 7.1 to 4.0 or 5.1 difference but became picky and had to redo pc a few times and realised this shits not working like it used to

overall still looking for awnsers aswell
