Razer Turret for Xbox One, mushy stabilizers

Hello, I purchased the Razer Turret about 2 weeks ago (for use with PC), it's been great and I love it, but all of a sudden the keys with stabilizers feel mushy. My left and right Shift key as well as my enter key feel stiff. Anyone have a similar issue with other Razer keyboards and if so, is there an easy fix? Thank you!

Hi, I mean I can, but it's nothing you can really see, it's more like something you can feel.

I meant that I wanted to see the keys sound different. Can you send over the serial number of your Turret for Xbox One to me through PM? I'll pick it up from there.

Oh okay! My apologies, I recorded a video but not sure how to upload it, I'm on my phone and it will only let me upload pictures. Also, I'm not sure how to send a PM, I know you said to click on your name and then click start a conversation but I don't see that option.
