Razer Viper Ultimate Dock doesn't work
Good afternoon I bought a new Razer Viper Ultimate but when I connected the USB cable to the dock it simply didn't work nor charge at all, even in synapse it doesn't show. What should I do?

Have you verified if the same behavior happens when the Razer Viper Ultimate is connected directly to the PC using its USB cable? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance
