Hello guys I had an issue with my viper ultimate I lost my dongle and I wanted to initiate a Firmware update I only use the Viper with a cable however when I attempt an update it keeps asking me to plug in a dongle receiver which I do not have, Is there a way to bypass this? or a way to manually update the mouse's firmware?

Which firmware update are you referring to? Can you send me the link to it? For now, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot or a short video clip showing the issue. That way, I can verify its model, get a closer look at what's happening to assist you accordingly. Let's go from there.
