If i play games my viper ultimate freezes every 5 seconds. Really annoying in a shooter.
I tried to un and reinstall the drivers, played without driver etc.

I have the same exact issue. It either freezes, or Synapse crashes, or it just disconnects.

Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Does the issue happen only to a specific game? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can find possible solutions and help you out better. Let's take it from there.

Did you try disabling the Synapse to check if it behaves the same? Do send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to look into a better solution to fix the problem. Let's continue from there.
