Hi,
Short: Need to change the DPI on mac without Synapse.
I have a Razer Viper Ultimate and I'll have to use it with a Mac OS. The tracking speed is way too low to satisfy my needs/expectation on multi-display setup. Requires too much palm dragging. There is no Synapse 3.0 support for Mac OS! Is there any workaround?

Please try 3rd party app: Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos

It also should change DPI on the mouse, but it depends on the model.
Install, and check.
