Razer Viper Ultimate Problems
Hello, I just bought a new Razer Viper Ultimate and I think it has some problems. The left and right switch feel and sound different. There is also some creaking on the left mouse button. There is also something loose or broken inside which is causing rattling inside the mouse. This is a premium mouse there should be absolutely no problems with it. I've seen other people RMA this mouse and still receive broken copies. Hopefully that dosent happen to me. Support please help.

It may have been damaged during shipping. Do send me the serial number of the mouse and a short clip detailing the issues. Let's go from there.
