Razer Warranty Confusion

    I understand this may not be the place to go for such an issue however I request some assistance. I bought the Man O'War back in April and I have been taking good care of it. Recently one of the ends of the headband snapped and I'm afraid it may not last longer without further damage. I have a waranty set up and I read through the policy. Everything seems to add up but when I aimed to contact Razer for an "RMA Number," I'm a little hesitant due to the following:
    • What type of issue would this be under? Untitled.png
    • How do I tell what sub selection I have? Untitled 1.png
    Sorry if this seems a little useless or unnecessary but I'm lost and I don't want any inaccurate inputs.
     
  2. I think you could put it under technical issue and also the subsection I believe is where you are. EU is Europe. AP I have no idea. NASA is North America , South America. Hope this helps. Also if you put t under technical issue and just explain your problem in the text then you should be fine.

    Headband snapped? that's a bummer. Agree with penguin just explain it in the text box, AP is asia pacific btw. Good luck
