Razer wireless mouse issue

I purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate a few months ago, it worked great till recently. Now it freezes, will go unresponsive for up to 15 seconds and become very laggy and not fluid. I thought hit was a mouse issue I decided to purchase a Razer Basilisk Ultimate, now this mouse is doing the same thing. I completely uninstalled all my mouse drivers, and razer synapse and reinstalled it is still happening. Any Ideas? Thank you
