Razer Wolverine: Tournament Edition PC issues

Hey, I've had the Razer Wolverine: Tournament Edition for a while now and I really enjoy it. It's definitely the most comfortable controller I own and the one I've used the most over the past year, though I have 2 issues that I would love some help with.

Issue 1: If the controller is plugged into my PC on startup, it doesn't work. In fact, it causes my PC to boot much slower than normal and causes my keyboard and mouse to also not work. If I unplug the controller at this point, everything begins to work as normal. I have resorted to unplugging the controller prior to booting my PC every single time. I would love a more permanent solution. I have seen this issue posted before, but the app that was recommended by a dev previously is no longer available. Issue 2: I primarily play PC games at my desktop, but I also have a Steam Link in my living room so I can stream games and play on the couch. The Wolverine is the only controller I own that doesn't work with the Steam Link at all. When plugged in, no lights come on and the controller does nothing.

I would love some help and advice in resolving these issues.
