Razer Wolverine Ultimate Not Working on Xbox One

I’m having a weird issue with my Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller that just started today. I use the controller on both my Xbox One and my PC, but today when I booted up my Xbox the controller didn’t turn on. I’ve had an issue where the cable wasn’t plugged in all the way before so I checked that, unplugged it, and then plugged it back in. Still didn’t work. I tried another USB port but it didn’t work either. I then tried a different controller and cable in the USB port and it did work, so I don’t think it’s an issue with the USB port itself. I tried plugging in a different controller using the Razer cable, and it didn't work either. That made me think maybe it was the cable, but the Wolverine controller works on my PC still when plugged in. I updated the firmware to the most recent version to see if that would help and the controller still doesn't work on the Xbox. I’ve tried resetting the power on the Xbox and letting it sit off for like 5-10 minutes, including unplugging the power cube, and still the controller isn’t detected.

Does anybody have any ideas for anything I could try to get the controller working? Again the controller works on PC and other controllers with their own cables work in the USB ports, and the Wolverine has the latest firmware installed. While it works on PC it does not work on the console, and other controllers plugged into the Razer cable also aren't being detected by the Xbox.

UPDATE: The charging cable for the Wolverine Ultimate powers other Xbox controllers when plugged into my Xbox One, just not the Wolverine. The Wolverine still works with that cable when plugged into my PC.

For anybody having a similar issue, the only way I was able to resolve it was by buying a replacement cord. I'm unsure why the cable stopped powering the Wolverine Ultimate on Xbox as it still worked for other Xbox controllers and worked to power it on my PC, however the new cord finally has the Wolverine working on Xbox again.
