    This looks like it's either an announcement style account or the e-mail that just informs you that you submitted a ticket and that someone will get back to you once they've reviewed what you've sent. Those accounts do not have live people behind them and can not receive replies.

    Perhaps the person who was previously assisting you no longer works for the company then, in which case their e-mail would've been deactivated. You can try sending a private message to either Gwynbleidd or WolfPack here along with the ID# of your service ticket and see if they can look into it further for you, or you may wish to submit a new ticket under the "other" category and explain that previously you were being assisted by a team member, give them the ticket number and then let them know what the e-mail has gone inactive and you would like to continue working on the issue with a new service member.
