Razerblade Pro (2016) stuck on aptio setup utility

  1. I've been getting the BSOD (CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR) frequently these past week, and suddenly my laptop was no longer able to boot. Whenever I try to boot it goes to the aptio setup utility menu. I've gotten the aptio setup utility screen before and by disabling the secure mode and enabling CSM usually gets the job done, but this time it doesn't. Did anyone have the same problem? and how did you fix it?

    If you don't mind me asking, what were you doing when the BSOD happened? How many times did it happen before your laptop was not able to boot up? Give this a try for now:

    When you're on the Aptio Utility Setup, go to Settings and look for the ”Reset Configuration Data” or ”Factory reset” options. Then reset BIOS to factory data and save changes. After that, exit Aptio Utility Setup and restart the laptop. If the issue persists, do send me the serial number. With that, I can verify the model and look for a different solution.
