I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13" Late2020. I have issues with bluetooth & USB HUBs:
- Bluetooth headphone - sometime the audio brokes for 1-2 seconds and get back to normal. Only when using "audio mode" not during the meetings when some other bluetooth connection?? in use - where the quality is also worse of course - but it is normal behaviour. Headphones work perfectly with phones & other windows devices. Laptop has the same issue with other bluetooth headset. I assume this is with the bluetooth itself ?? since when I connect my razer mouse via bluetooth, the signal "lost" occasionally.
- I have tested 2 different USB HUBs. I connect it via USB-C or USB-A, the issue is the same. The USB connection sometimes lost. I mean the HUB has the ethernet port, displays + USB-A ports. The ethernet + display has no issues, only the USB. I recognize because the razer mouse's adapter + keyboard plugged into this and mouse goes away & keyboard also freez. I may have recognized the issue occurs less frequently when the notebook plugged into power. The USB hub has its own power adapter. Same issue with multiple hubs but no hub issue with other devices.
Any idea / experience from anyone? All the possible stuff is up-to-date...
