    Is there a chance at all that Hammerhead TW Silicone Tips will be added to this? I lost mine shortly after purchase and have not had any luck getting help with replacements.

  4. I did a Order using Razer Sotore Online from Ireland.
    The store debited the value from my card and the page return a error...
    I dont know if my order was processed properly....

    Don't purchase at Razer Store. Once you place an order, you'll never get an update on that, nor will they ship the items to you. And you won't be able to receive an order confirmation email until you contact the contact them. I've contacted the customer service for so many times, and it has always been "department A is waiting for a response from department B." Extremely disappointed.

    I am trying to find a wrist rest for the Black Widow Chroma v2. I just bought a full size Ergonomic wrist rest, and it does not fit the keyboard or does it lock magnetically to my keyboard like my old one. I have looked everywhere for one, this is a huge pain in the neck for me.

    I need to purchase a battery for my 2017 Razer blade pro. I tried to do it through customer support but they wouldn’t do it without replacing my motherboard. Can I purchase a battery to put in myself???

    Were you able to send the laptop before? The Support Team recommends a laptop to be diagnosed first before putting in any replacement parts to avoid issues in the future. Also, Razer does not sell batteries as a replacement part. Should you consider sending the laptop in, please click this link.

    Long story shortened....I sent the laptop in because the battery had bloated severely and was distorting the chassis as well as the laptop has always shut down without warning when I am gaming since the day I got it. (I called in to customer support right after I bought it and they said it sounded like it was overheating and I should make sure it's well ventilated when playing) They ran tests and found that the motherboard was bad and gave me a quote for about 2K to replace the motherboard and battery. I told them I just wanted the battery then 3 days later I got a new quote with a discount for about 1800 to fix it. I told them I wasn't interested in paying to fix a problem that has always been there on a 3 year old laptop so they sent it back to me with no battery in it and now it's a folding desktop. lol I have played it this way for 3 years. I see no reason to replace the motherboard now if that's been the problem since I got it. Waste of money in my opinion. I just want a battery. lol

    Thanks for sharing. Razer wants to eliminate scenarios that could compromise every user's safety and would rather have the laptop sent and run thorough inspections/diagnostic before sending it back to the owner. Feel free to send me a PM together with your email address or previous case number if you want the laptop's concern re-escalated.

    The 40+ euro shipping price to Romania is just ridiculous. I tried to reason with a support technician because I wanted to replace my destroyed wrist rest but did not get anywhere. Shipping costs more than the actual thing!
