My phone confirmed , but OTP Code Very slow to receive (after 3min) ... is that server problem or mine ... i tried at least 10 times

Hi WhitePaper,
If you encounter poor network connectivity, please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location. I suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired.

Did also happened to me unlike him he receive his otp late but mine i did not receive any otp at all i waited hours to try again but always the same my acount confirm to receive but my mobile phone did not get any otp

Hi ooiruf,
Please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location or contact your telco provider and check your connections.
I also suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired or never received it at all.

Hi.

I also experiencing it now. im waitng for almost 12hours+ but still no sms authentication code. i try to get my backup code but no sms code to get my backup code from Accounts Page.

Hi Razer,

Already treid it on diff location already home, office, malls but i can't receive any sms verification code. i cannot use my backup code because i cant get sms verification also to get my back up codes also for setting my authenticator app.

Forgot to add already had ticket already. waiting them to remove my TFA

What phone are you using? Is it rooted? If rooted, try uninstall Titanium Backup, reflash firmware, wipe dalvik cache and cache, reflash magisk and busybox and try to receive the otp again. If not rooted, try a factory settings reset.

who experience here that you reload but it keeps pending? i tried many times and waited all i got is that my mobile number already exceeded quota limits ....but in the end i didn't receive any gold that i recharge ...pls help i need to recharge before the events in my game end x.x
