  1. Hi,

    I received an email 12 days ago that my item is being shipped but the tracking still showing awaiting for courier to pick up.. I can't contact razer support because the chat is not working / loading (i tried 2 different laptop and mobile) and there's no contact number to call. I order the mouse since 3rd Jan . Still haven't receive it. Any idea what is going on?
