Razer's support is like molasses. 4 days no reply???

  1. I received my Razer 1060/14" Laptop in October. Since then there have been a number of issues that have come up that required an RMA. (Horribly unstable Wifi, a crackling blown out left speakers, bad coil whine).

    Razer has been going back and forth with me over e-mail to try and get an RMA setup. We agreed they would send me a new system (charge my card) and when I sent back the old one, give me a refund. This way I didn't have to be without a computer (I use it for work).

    Anyway, it's been 4 days since I sent someone my card through the e-mail and not a single reply! It's like they just went completely silent. Heck, I'm not even receiving any automated reply messages.

    What on earth Razer? Terrible communication.

    Also, The reason there support team is slower is because Razer does not have a very big support team, And times like around now when they have deals on more people buy, And then sometimes they have support tickets to answer.
