PSA: I just redeemed a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB with silver and had the surprise to be charged a "Tax on redemption of Razer Silver Product" of €12.77. Shipping was €10.00 for me but it depends of your region. So keep in mind to have some funds available for taxes and shipping before ordering silver catalog rewards. Also you should check if you have pop-ups enabled for razer store, or at least look for the message at the top of the page in your browser that says "pop-up blocked" when you redeem with silver. I didn't see the message, clicked 4-5 times on confirm(nothing was happening), and when i clicked the message to allow pop-ups from razer it opened 4-5 new tabs with the shopping cart. I closed all but one tab and it was all ok from there. I hope my experience will help some of you in dealing with silver catalog rewards so you don't have my mishaps. Yes, sadly people were exploiting the Silver system claiming more rewards than there were available for everyone, this is sadly a necessary measure but in the end you're still getting an 80% discount on Razer products.
