    Necesito ayuda con mis auriculares, no sé oye bien y el micro va fatal. Las formas en las que se supone razer te tiene que ayudar no ayudan en nada. El bot que tienen como support online peor imposible. El vídeo que te dan, hice todo lo que dice en el y nada.
    Por favor, alguien me puede ayudar a hacer que funcionen bien?

    I need help with my headset, the sound is pretty bad, just like if it was underwater, the mic os even worsth, and all the help razer can give is worthless. I tried everything on their vídeo and nothing works. Pelase somebody help me.

    Hello, go to your Razer ID Profile, when you click on your phone number you will get asked for the 2 Step Authorization, click on Backup Codes if you need any or Need Help? to get in contact with our support.

    I just redeemed a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB with silver and had the surprise to be charged a
    "Tax on redemption of Razer Silver Product" of €12.77o_O. Shipping was €10.00 for me but it depends of your region. So keep in mind to have some funds available for taxes and shipping before ordering silver catalog rewards.
    Also you should check if you have pop-ups enabled for razer store, or at least look for the message at the top of the page in your browser that says "pop-up blocked" when you redeem with silver. I didn't see the message, clicked 4-5 times on confirm(nothing was happening), and when i clicked the message to allow pop-ups from razer it opened 4-5 new tabs with the shopping cart. I closed all but one tab and it was all ok from there.
    I hope my experience will help some of you in dealing with silver catalog rewards so you don't have my mishaps.
    Can't wait for the headphones to arrive...will be checking on order status like every hour :smile_:

    Yes, sadly people were exploiting the Silver system claiming more rewards than there were available for everyone, this is sadly a necessary measure but in the end you're still getting an 80% discount on Razer products.
