Razor Blade 15 Camera not Connected

After reinstalling windows (because the hard drive was damage and replaced) I got everything back to working order other then the camera. When I try to use anything that uses the camera (zoom discord ect) the application will say there is no camera connected. When i look though device manager there is no Camera device but it does say there is a malfunctioning usb device that is plugged in when no ports have anything connected. I have tried looking though the download page and there are no drivers available for the camera from what I can find. Is there any solutions or drivers that I am missing to get my camera working again? attached is the error.
