hi! im having trouble connecting my (wired) razor headset. I downloaded synaps and it registered, but the headset doesnt show on the main page. Not to mention- my headset wont connect to any input settings, (the mic wont work).
Ive tried to redownload synaps, ive gone into my settings and deleted stuff- ive done practically everything you could think of
plz help
btw- the headphones itself work, just not the mic

What is the model of your device? Please check if your device is in the list of compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 by clicking this link.
