Razor Kraken V3 Hypersense: Issues or Intentional???

Ever since I got the Razor Kraken V3 Hypersense at Best Buy it has had microphone issues where it seems to be very quiet not matter how much I boost it. It has gotten to the point where my friends have to turn their PC volumes down and mine up so they can hear me properly, on top of this issue, there are PLENTY more. Another major one, ive gotten used to it by now is the constant buzzing and ringing that the headset passively makes. It sometimes literally feels like this headset is possessed by demons and I only got it a month ago. If there are any tips to offer or any way I can fix this PLEASE let me know. It really sucks because I usually like razor products and my naga mouse works just fine. Thank you for your any responses at all tbh

For the mic problem, give these steps a go. Perform the steps here to fix the buzzing sound from your headset. If you're still experiencing the same problem, PM me the serial number so I can check its specification and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue.
