Hi Community. So im new at all this gaming stuff but one thing for shure - I love Razor. i finished my gaming build yesterdai and so far i have Razor Ultimate Viper mouse, Razor Ornata Chroma Keybord and Razor Kraken X headphones. But damn i cant stop there... so im looking forward to get a Razor phone? So here is the questions does anyone have it? how is it? Whats the quality? And is it better than iphone or samsung?

Also zunächst einmal heisst die Marke Razer und nicht Razor. Aber ob ein neues Razer Phone erscheint, sieht im Moment schlecht aus. Der Markt scheint sich nicht zu lohnen für Razer. Und 5G scheint auch noch nicht anreiz zu sein, ein neues Phone zu Produzieren. Wenn du die Suche benutzt, siehst du, das es hier einige Fragen zu gibt aber keiner was weiss. Alle Spekulationen deuten aber darauf hin, das keins mehr kommt.

Hmmm interesting. Well i ordered one from ebay should arrive at monday. Well see how is it.

I got my first Razer Phone in Nov 2017 and it's still going strong. I decided to get it not just because I love Razer products, but at the time it had the best battery life in the market. I had been looking for something that would last me all day (I worked long shifts) without needing a recharge and the Razer Phone did the job perfectly well.
The only thing I might mention is that the camera is nowhere near iPhone / Samsung quality. So, if you are into phone photography, then don't get one. It really depends on your needs. I'm a low-maintenance phone user and occasional phone gamer, so it suits me perfectly.

Mine is about 2 years old now and it's the best phone i've ever had.
Pro: the performance, battery life, Screen (120hz) and i like the design and size of it, i don't like how every smartphone is curved around the edges.
Cons: When the phone is new the sound is super loud and very high quality but over time it gets bad for some reason.
The camera isn't great for this price but it's definitely not bad.
After 2 years of use i definitely recommend it though

So it just came in. First impresions - Best one i ever had. But thats just for first 2h. Sound, shapes, Razer logo. Cant stop staring at it. 
When first released the RP1 was super loud. I remember listening to it at the Microsoft store in a busy mall during the holiday shopping season and was blown away buy how awesome it sounded. I think MR1 cut the max sound output a bit...maybe because people were blowing their speakers out? I will say that if you mess with the settings on Dolby Atmos you can again get it to be pretty darn loud. You may want to check your EQ settings in the Atmos app. It's had several updates over the last 2 years and each time default settings have changed and its interface is quite different from where it started...maybe this is the source of your current "bad sound"
As for camera...GCam all they way. The difference between stock app and GCam is like night and day.

I am using the google camera app, and yes it's better than the stock one.
As for sound my plastic grill at the bottom came lose and my sound increased by atleast 50% simply because the grill gets all filled with dirt is causing the volume loss

But mine experience is not so good.
I need sent it back because usb port is not work, even original charger is disconnecting.
And as well speakers is much less loude.

Btw, did you guys exprience any problem after the update pie? I've update the pie since december 2019 and recently I having issue on charging my RP1. Before that it was okay, since 3 days ago it happen suddenly it wouldn't charge using official charger but I did check on the charger and it was in good condition same as well the cable itself and some how when I reboot it went totally shutdown. I try pressing the power button and vol + for 10 - 15 sec yet it doesn't turn on but if I use other charger it goes charging and pop up RAZER logo and went back to shutdown state unless I charge the phone and press power button for at least 5-10 sec it will boot to normal state. I did perform factory reset more than twice yet the problem doesn't solve. So, does this mean the update causing the phone malfunction on charging? Please help.

i've a room full of razer stuff, more than is needed, i am a razer fanboy.
i'm able to link everything with everything else BUT NOT THE PHONE!!!
my (large) room lights up from every direction with pretty razer bling bling but i cannot sync the razer phone 2 to the rest of the chroma stuff...
*other than this, if you only want a phone to play games and watch tv on, then the phone is truly fantastic (though pretty average as a phone).
