Razor RZ09-03102E02 DEAD

I see there is a video The Razer Blade is off or will not turn on. What happens if the so-called "fix" doesn't work? Razor did not address that in the video. This is a 2-year-old computer and it's dead already. This seems to be an ongoing thing with the Razor.
