    Hi All,

After waiting for the announcement of the latest MacBookPro and getting disappointed, I have ordered The Stealth (QHD+512GB) With The Core. I currently use 2 x Intel i5-4670k Haswell Desktops, One with a GTX980Ti with a Triple 1080p monitor setup and I'm looking to replace them Both with a RBS+Core & Skull Canyon Nuc. I mainly do Web Design/Development & Stock Market Trading and play the odd game when I have time (StarWars/Doom/GTAV, etc). I run mainly Linux & Windows for Gaming, Web Development Testing.

I hope I have made the right Choice with the above hardware, what do you think?

  2. If you are accustomed to desktop PC gaming then you probably aren't going to be terribly happy with the Core + Stealth Combo. I ended up returning my Core after a week. It's a wonderful product in a lot of ways but the amount of noise the thing produced just made it unbearable for me to use for any amount of time. I was literally getting headaches from the fan noise, they never stop regardless of whether you're gaming. Between the noise, performance penalty resulting from the ULV CPU in the Stealth, and cost of the Core + 1070 I quickly realized the Razer Blade with GTX 1060 was a much better option.
