RC30-0248 Battery Replacement

My battery has swollen, I need to buy new battery to replace it.
But it seems that even Razer cannot help me, the customer care email just going round and round and unable to answer my question and giving solutions directly, guess they have to stick to their script like a robot.
Anyone knows where I can buy the battery online?

Please understand that we do not ship out parts for our laptops. You either have to send it in so our Repair Center can replace the battery or DIY fix it. I will move the thread to our System Forums since you're more inclined to go for the latter.

Do send me a PM should you opt to send it in so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf.
I have exactly the same problem. Anyone got a suggestion? This is quiet a common issue , please suggest me if you find any solution for it *Removed ad link.

The only solution is to replace the battery. You can either send it to us for repair or DIY. PM me if you'd like to try the former.
Hey guys, same problem here. The battery is really really big. DIY is simple enough. Would you be able to help us where to get our hands on replacement batteries? Thanks!

As much as I want to help, I can't recommend any OEM manufacturers since we don't really test those with our laptops. You will have to source one online should you want to go the DIY route.
I think I have same issue (Razer Blade Advanced Mid 2019 - case has swollen so much the mouse pad cannot be clicked and case doesn't close tight - it's also VERY HOT just on desktop use. I have put a ticket in but I expect to be told it's out of warranty by (one year?) and tough luck. Are there 3rd party batteries available?

I'm not exactly allowed to recommend third-party replacements. But your laptop can still be serviced by our Repair Team even when it's out of warranty. That said, you will be subject to diagnostic and repair fees. Do send me your ticket number so I can see how things are going.
Can't - sent a PM

Edit:

Can you estimate price and time for Razer to replace battery? Also read laptop will be wiped by Razer before working on it, so DIY may best option for people, but would like to know the price and delay involved. Thanks
Can you help in any way? Sent my laptop back for battery replacement 3 weeks ago, it's stuck in Germany waiting for Razer to respond to allow them to return it to me - they have been contacting Razer daily for past 3 weeks and got no response. DHL confirm they will destroy my laptop if no answer from Razer after 4 weeks which expires on Tuesday.

Edit:

I advise do NOT send to Razer for repair, you will never get it back, mine is stuck in transit for 3 weeks because Razer will not reply to DHL. They won't return it to me because the contract is with Razer. DHL now tell me they intend to destroy the laptop after 4 weeks if Razer don't respond by then (2 days away)

@DaiBach99 I can try if you PM me your ticket number. That said, I'll be locking the thread for hijacking. I understand you're frustrated, but statements like

are not something we tolerate in our forums.
