I've read through as many threads as I can find over the span of 15 minutes, but with no luck to this specific question; so I will just ask in a new thread with apologies if this has already been addressed elsewhere.

I'm wondering if it is possible to re-bind multiple key-presses into a single action - sort of a reverse macro. I want to set my mouse profiles to certain keys (which I know I can do by assigning a single key to an "inter-device" function) but I don't want to overwrite the existing keyboard function. In other words, I don't want to rebind the 1 key and then not be able to use 1 to type a 1 or an exclamation point.

Therefore, I'd like to set mouse profile "A" to activate when I press ctrl+1, mouse profile "B" to activate when I press ctrl+2, etc. Is this possible? If it's not possible, I'd certainly like to request this be added in a future synapse update.

I hope that all makes sense, and I appreciate any help. Cheers!
