realicé una compra de razer gold y no me llegó
El día 19 de noviembre realicé una compra de razer gold, el pago lo hice con mi cuenta de mercado pago, el movimiento en la plataforma de razer se quedo como pendiente, pero al día de hoy aun no se me refleja el saldo en mi cuenta razer, el dinero en mi cuenta de mercado pago si descontó, ya solicité la aclaración unas 4 veces, pero aun no me dan respuesta, y el soporte en el chat no inicia, llevo mas de 1 semana intentando comunicarme con soporte. ayuuudaaa.
