Redeeming Razer Products with zSilver (Share your experience)

Hello Razer Guys, You can post your experiences in redeeming razer products with zSilver in this thread so we can have a general information regarding this matter. You can tackle about the shipping fees, tax and customs fees, and other charges that you encounter. Screenshots of your check-out will be a big help to the community. For example I've been wondering if other charges will apply aside from the shipping and tax fees after I enter the voucher code from silver redeem? Or it will just be the shipping fee? Thank you and Game On! :D

You dont have to post on every single thread to ask the same question. Out of topic posts are not encouraged so im glad you created a new thread for your question. As for the answer, it depends on your region/ country and the item you are redeeming. Tax is calculated as a percentage of the product value and this does not go to Razer, rather it is a standard tax that applies to whatever item category you are buying for example mice are considered as electronics in my country so there is a standard 16% VAT on it. So for your country it could be a different percentage or there could be no tax at all depending on how the country's laws are. Lastly the shipping fee applies and this you can see when you buy an item that does not qualify for free shipping, usually this is the same for all items but could be different for larger items although most of the ones in the Silver store I have got had a standard shipping of 10 Euros. If you want to find out the exact numbers you will have to try and redeem the item you are looking for. Keep in mind that even if you pay the tax and your item's total price goes up cause of taxes and stuff you are essentially still getting something worth a lot more, for a lot less money.
