Refused to Accept My Warranty
Ordered a Razer Nari Ultimate that fell apart after 3 months while it was sitting on my head. Now they refuse to accept my 3 year extended warranty because they used weak materials. What should I do?

This headset cost me over $200 plus the warranty and they refuse to compensate.

Just out of curiosity, what reason did they give you?

Its physical damage so they cant be sure that it was defective materials or OP just raging/ mishandling the headset. TBH a lot of other companies will give you a tough time warrantying something like this but I guess you could tape it up and keep using it till something electrical breaks and then trying your hand at the warranty.

I mean, yeah, that’s what I figured.
I have a similar experience with one of my Razer mice, a part of the mouse got chipped off although I took care of it really well and the chip is at where your palm is suppose to rest on which makes it uncomfortable now when using it.. when I contacted support, they refused to accept my warranty because they claimed to be physical damages and thus voiding my warranty.. I still have like a year left initially.
