So I've acquired this product on april 2016 from ORO Singapore as a redemption for signing up a fibre plan , recently the keyboard has been giving me problem likes unresponsive keys when pressed, It presses normally so it isn't stuck keys, just that it doesn't respond to the key unless I pressed it multiple time, it's been a heading for me to play game. I know my keyboard has past the 1 year warranty, But I've revisited Razer warranty website and Found this *** Razer Keyboards with Razer™ Mechanical Switches feature a 2 year warranty. I suppose my warranty still stands for the mechanical switch* itself. (since the faulty one is at the switches) As for my synapse, it registers as my warranty has ended in 2017 apr. So tl;dr this 1)I'll be bringing my blackwidow to the service center in singapore (ban leong technologies) what do you think I will need to do for them to RMA/service this? 2)Do you think my warranty regarding razer switches still stand? 3) What do I do if the staff rejects my warranty claims?
