So I've acquired this product on april 2016 from ORO Singapore as a redemption for signing up a fibre plan , recently the keyboard has been giving me problem likes unresponsive keys when pressed, It presses normally so it isn't stuck keys, just that it doesn't respond to the key unless I pressed it multiple time, it's been a heading for me to play game.

I know my keyboard has past the 1 year warranty, But I've revisited Razer warranty website and Found this

*** Razer Keyboards with Razer™ Mechanical Switches feature a 2 year warranty. For more details on Razer™ Mechanical Switches see http://www.razerzone.com/razer-mechanical-switches

Since the switches I'm using is the Green razer switches. I suppose my warranty still stands for the mechanical switch* itself. (since the faulty one is at the switches)

As for my synapse, it registers as my warranty has ended in 2017 apr.

    So tl;dr this

1)I'll be bringing my blackwidow to the service center in singapore (ban leong technologies) what do you think I will need to do for them to RMA/service this?

2)Do you think my warranty regarding razer switches still stand?

    3) What do I do if the staff rejects my warranty claims?

Did the 2014 version even come with Razer Greens? I thought Greens were released after that? Are you sure you dont have cherry blues? Thats the only thing i can think of for why your warranty would be up already.

If you do in fact have greens, I would think that the 2 year warranty would hold up.

Oh okay, yeah you should be okay then. Unless they started that 2 year warranty for their own switches later on? not sure when they implemented that 2 year warranty. I think it used to be one year for all switches. I guess your best bet would be to contact support and see where you stand with your warranty. good luck :)
