Registering a product issue

When I type in my serial number, product number and other details and try pressing next, it displays that the item serial number is unknown.. do I just have to mess about with the 0's and O's or does registering products on some websites not work? Thanks for help in advance 🙂

Which Razer Product do you have, and where did you purchase it? PM me a photo of the serial number of your device so I can check it for you. Let's go there.
