Hi all, I bought a new Blade 15 as per title in Feb 2020 from the Razer store in Vegas (I am based in the UK though).

From new, it has exhibited multiple BSODs quite regularly despite all windows 10 and driver updates being installed. Summary of dump:

Not sure if others have experienced this or what the best way to resolve is. My fear is this is a hardware issue as it has occured from new, rather than a windows 10/other driver issue.

Any advice appreciated

The hal.dll and the ntoskrnl.exe are Windows components which would mean that something else drove them into a fault. This is usually a hardware-related error, but there are also a lot of possible software causes.

Please collect your System and Application logs from the event viewer, and your dump files from C:\\Windows\\Minidump and upload them on GDrive or Dropbox. PM me a shearable link of those, along with the serial number of your RB15. Let's continue this there.
