Reload Razer Gold at AXS machine

    Hi,

    I reload $200 razer gold at a local AXS machine. Made payment but did not receive the $200 in my account.

    Submitted ticket #REMOVED but seems like nobody is following up? What can I do?

    Hi,

    Still nobody has contact me about my missing Razer Gold which I paid to reload. The support for Razer Gold is basically non existence at this point. The support should at least contact me to let me know someone is investigating my case. Not a single info.
