reload razer gold with mastercard and visa (RELOAD FAILED) FIX IT PLEASE

    I have problem with my reload my mastercard and visa its ok and I have 100$ in my cridt .. when I reload my gold its taking money ok but it show RELOAD FAILED and my money back to my card why I dont know

    Yes same here.
    Many people have that kind of problem.
    But Razer can’t fix
    Razer pay system is shit.

    As much as I want to help you guys out, I have very limited access to that part of our system. You'll have to reach out to our Razer Gold Team by submitting a ticket to get this sorted out.

    When submitting a ticket, please include the following to get a faster resolution:
    • Razer ID
    • Screenshot of the payment made
    • Providing time & date of the transaction

    i already contact to razer customer service and provide my transaction authorazation code.
    But they didn’t fix.
    Lol

    its not working .. I try to buy gold every hour in day Its show RELOAD FAILED Thes problem make me sad and I dont know what we will do to slov thes

    thes problem from worldpay bank I try in onecard bank its working but whene I pay 13$ it take from me 15$ and thes not best way .. I want to buy gold with my mastercard deirctly

    ur pay system make me cry .. thank u razer team 3 days and same problem stay razer gold cant reload it with mastercard or visa .. ok do not fix .. am done good bey

    sorry fo late .. am live in iraq .. and I buy gold from 2 weeks ago its working but now its RELOAD FAILED -_-
