I'm switching to a new phone and I can't remove TFA from the razer account to put it on my new phone.
Any idea on how to do it?

Hello! Have you tried to contact Software Live Chat Support for immediate assistance with this? They should be able to reset the Two Factor Authentication method. If you haven't, I can help you out as well. PM me the email address associated with the account as well as the link to this thread. I'll pick it up from there.
