Have a laptop that needs repairs, how do I go about contacting customer support to have the unit shipped or receive a list of Razer Authorized Centers for Repair?
BTW the unit is 3 years old, yes no longer under warranty.

Blade 15 firstly is released in summer 2018, so it’s barely 2 years old plus if you’ve early batch like me. However for out of guarantee repair you can rise support ticket here. And add requirements data like serial number etc, they’ll lead hiw you send it and you can also ask the fee.

I been there and every time I try to put a ticket in I receive the following and have no idea were to go.

Well I refreshed a couple of times and now have the RMA "screen" to add information. Ty for the help!
