Repetitive, but wanted to warn y'all

Somebody posted in the forum regarding the tapjoy offerwall reward for Family Island Level 20 that he failed to receive. I did the identical one and also was not awarded. I then sent a support ticket in and they filed it as 'resolved' without even a reply which disables my ability to send in another support ticket on that particular item. If you are doing the offerwall, I would highly advise you to consider not doing that particular one. I haven't had an issue with a single large offer, but this is my first and it really looked like it was deliberately dismissed.

Is this the link you've used to contact Tapjoy Customer Support? Please continue communicating with them. I'll send this with my other peers from Razer Insider and Support Team so they'll be aware.
