Replacement for Orochi v2 dongle

I have lost the dongle of my Orochi v2 and checked online if there was any way to order an replancement. This lead me to the ofificial razer page, where different 2.4 ghz are sold (https://www.razer.com/shop/replacement-parts/replacement-parts-mice), but not the one for the Orochi v2. This lead me to the question if it is possible to connect the Orochi v2 to other dongles via Razer hyper sense multi dongle, because the Orochi v2 wasn't meantioned in the article on that (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4714/~/razer-hyperspeed-multi-device-dongle-updater). If it is not possible to solve the problem that way is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

So far, the DeathAdder V2, Naga Pro, and the BlackWindow Pro V3 can be the main USB dongle since they are the only ones that have the firmware update. Please refer to this article. You may see the list of the Hyperspeed Multi-Device Support here. Please take note that Razer is not selling the Razer Razer Orochi V2's dongle as a spare part.

So if I get a DeathAdder V2, Naga Pro, or BlackWidow Pro V3 replacement dongle, I can connect my Orochi V2 to that replacement dongle?

That's right! Hopefully, our devs can expand the list of the peripherals with Hyperspeed Multi-device support.

Hey, my dongle recently broke. Were you able to use one of those replacement dongles with your Orochi V2?

If you are trying to connect the replacement Orochi V2 or any Hyperspeed Multi-device supported peripherals, it should work/connect. As mentioned above, the Razer DeathAdder V2, Naga Pro, or BlackWidow Pro V3 are the only devices that can host the Hyperspeed Multi-device technology. Please take note that you can connect one keyboard and mouse with each Razer HyperSpeed Multi-device dongle.

If it’s officially claimed that it can support multiple devices including Orochi v2, it should be working. Otherwise, for example, I lost my Viper Ultimate’s dongle too. I also have a DeathAdder v2 pro, so I tried, but the DA’s echatspin dongle cannot be paired with VU.
Would the Hyperpolling dongle work with the orochi v2?

The hyperspeed dongle is still out of stock!

Nope, it will not work.
It's only compatible (at the moment) with DA V3 Pro, Basilisk V3 Pro and Viper V2 Pro.
So, the replacement dongle for the naga pro will work with orochi v2 or did I understand that wrong. Thanks for your prompt reply!

Theoritecally yes, because it's operating at the same frequency, the same technology. But I'd ask Razer Support to be 100% sure about this. Maybe @Razer.Speedcr0ss or @Razer.Zionzedd could help with this matter?
I see the "universal" HyperSpeed dongle is currently unavailable.

It should work. Upon receiving the replacement Razer Naga Pro dongle, please update its firmware through this article. Once done, you can start pairing one keyboard and mouse with Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device Dongle capability.
Would the hyperspeed dongle have any advantages over the naga? Wondering if its worth waiting for @Razer.Speedcr0ss

The noticeable feature the Hyperspeed Wireless is the improved Adaptive Frequency Technology. It helps scan all available channels every millisecond. Please check out Razer Naga Pro's specs here as well.

You can replace it with the USB Hyperspeed Dongle since the last link you posted was intended to work for the Naga Pro only.

I am having problems connecting my Orochi V2 mouse to a Naga pro dongle. I have already downloaded the firmware for the dongle so I don't know why it is not connecting. I do not have the original dongle and I don't know if I am missing any steps or something just isn't working right.

Did you try updating your Razer Synapse 3.0 too? Please perform a clean reinstallation and see if the behavior persists. Otherwise, you can send me a PM, including your device serial number, so I can check/provide model-specific recommendations.
My wireless receiver started to break down and then after-sales service sent me a HYPEERSPEED connector. But after I insert it in the codekeeping program, it does not show that the wireless receiver is plugged in。

Do you have an active case number? Please send it to me via PM so I can check your contact history and forward it to our Support Team.
