So I've been trying to do this through a ticket but because I don't have a copy of my receipt (who saves this?? really???) it seems like I may not get any help.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for the detachable mic for this headset? I like the headset a lot and don't want to replace it, especially since it's so new, but cross state travel meant it vanished into the ether. If I can get a suitable, quality mic replacement I can keep it, because trying to do open mic / open speakers is hell for someone with directional auditory issues.
