Replacement Nari Ultimate Dongle

So i recently lost my nari dongle and need a replacement i checked the razer site Where to buy Razer replacement parts and accessories (Razer Nari Dongles, Basilisk Clutch, and more) and i couldnt find the dongle even listed there even though it says it in the description, i talked to support and they gave me the run around of its not in stock sorry but ive checked around on forums and no one else has been able to get them either

I really just want to know if they actually even carry them i can wait for the new stock but if they dont even carry them im wasting my time, i dont really want to have to buy a new headset

I ordered one today as well. I talked to a customer service from razer and they said it works. So we are good to go

Got to ask, although I can probably guess:frown_:...are there any options for those of us outside the US? In my case...in the UK. Mine took a knock and seems to be unusable. Any help appreciated!

I have seen a few used ones on Ebay. They might ship out of the U.S. but I don't know for sure cause i haven't ever bought nothing off Ebay. Just something for you to look into. Maybe that might work out for you.

Razer synapse is the software to sync it. I already have that program on my laptop but haven't used it until I get the dongle. I have been using my xbox wireless adapter for windows to be able to use it on my PC. I wanted to get the dongle to use them on my Android device.

Come to find out the assist I talked to gave me false info on the dongle cause it doesn't work with the Nari Ultimate for xbox one. Pissed me off so I had a long and serious talk with another assist about getting my refund cause it was a big waste of time for them to give me wrong info just to make a sell. So for everyone that hasn't order the dongle yet dont. For the ones that had already start preparing to return it and get a refund.

If you live in europe, you just are fked. They are looping me around and around to the same website for some reason but they don't ship to europe. Kinda sad from such a company

Just go to the razer site download the pairing utility and then go to youtube and watch the How to use the razer pairing utility software and you will be good.:wink_: A video of how to use it is also on the Razer site as well.:big_grin_:

So the dongle on the site only works for the basic nari not the ultimate

If you have the Xbox one version of the Nari Ultimate the dongle won't work at all. You have to get a Xbox wireless adapter for windows to get them to work on your PC. Only the PC\\PS4 version uses the dongle.

Yes Eminem924 is correct on the Xbox version and the Nari Essential dongle is also different BUT the Regular Nari and the Nari Ultimate I believe those 2 Headset Dongles are the same.
