After playing around with the Synapse 3, I see that the hardware (the Chroma devices) allow for so much more to be done, and yet we're limited by the software. Thus, I have a few suggestions for the Razer Synapse 3 Easy(er): 1- Bring back profile switching from the previous Synapse. With the previous Synapse and my Naga mouse, I can switch between programs and games and it will load the correct profile with the correct key bindings (I change the keys not only for games but for programs like photoshop and such). With Synapse 3, it doesn't detect that the program in focus has switched, only when it's launched, so the keyboard lighting and key bindings only change once, but if I switch to another program/game, without closing the first one, it doesn't change the lighting and bindings back 2- Put non-Chroma Devices in Synapse 3. Wouldn't mind seeing my Naga mouse blink when the profiles are switched or smth 3- Allow binding multiple actions per key. For example: pressing Ctrl in-game would not only do its normal behaviour but also quickly switch the lighting to one that shows only the available action keys (much like the current fn key (at least in the Cynosa)) Another example: Changing both lighting and keyboard binding profiles. Hard(er) 1- Allow for literally anything to be done with the lighting Like, give us an IDE and API for it or something like the block/graphical programming in Lego. Why? 1.1 Tried to make my keyboard use the wave when switching profiles, so I set it to wave like 4 times when switching by setting the Wave as the top layer. Problem is: when the wave finishes, it turns off the light's to all keys, the layer doesn't end "transparently". If I put the layer below, only keys with no light will show the wave. So, in the end, it doesn't work. 1.2 To do point 3 above, I need the lights to change quickly (like when I press the fn key), and the keyboard always changes the lights between profiles super slowly. 1.3 The Ripple effect, for example. I can set it so that only a few keys light up, but I can't set which keys trigger the effect. 1.4 Can't make the keys blink. To be honest, these features were the ones I was expecting when I bought the keyboard. I must say I was a bit disappointed when I realized I couldn't do all this with the lighting and the profiles wouldn't switch between open programs. What do you guys think?
