(Return) Invalid Order Number and Zip Code
Trying to return the Razer Jungle Cat. I try to submit an RMA and it tells me, "We don’t seem to recognize the order number and zip code. Please double check or contact us." And as I'm sure some of you know, contacting support is a joke. I've already called the number, tried to submit claims, which don't show up on my claim list, and I've tried getting ahold of social media platforms. No response. Can someone please help>
