last keyboard went back to the store damaged as fuck today. plugged it into a 120v outlet so u cant refurbish it and make more money off it. got a cynosa v2 here that is going back in the morning. dont force synapse on me i'm an overclocker. that trash is for normies and razer is now just a normie brand. lol i love this Havit KB
no customer service in canada. no service period in canada. 10/10 will never buy again 12 years of using ur shit and its over just like that. cant even contact customer support about my RMA status. was suppose to get emailed from a razer tech support but they just dint. dont buy their products. just as bad as corsair.
