    Thanks to you guys and thanks to the Paid to Play program I got to earn my first razer gear : a blackwidow chroma overwatch keyboard.
    I am reaaaaaaally thankful to you guys, hopefully one day I get a Razer laptop when I start working.
    Hope you guys stay safe and hopefully p2p comes back soon.

    I love this program, It was started by you because not all gamers can afford top tear gear and I think it is fantastic that you started the program in the first place... Thank you. I just want to say if you do plan on stopping the program can you please make it well known in advance the dates of the last time people can redeem what they have saved.

    I really hope you continue the program. It is amazing, because of it I have played so many games I wouldn't have given a chance otherwise.

    Oh no, this is terrible news. I always look forward to getting a new games list every month. I have stated it I love the idea of P2P I was lucky enough to get the razer chroma mug. I have played so many games through this program that I would not have played normally. You brought those developers a new customer/client. I am so grateful for the P2P program. I hope you keep it going. I would really like to get an orb weaver chroma I'm so close. lol.

    However, I understand the dilemma at hand. The greater good for the company, image, and overall satisfaction of all affected. Good luck in your decision, I will still for one choose your amazing products. Thank you for your amazing generosity in the first place. Cheers!

    Looks like you can’t understand the situation here. You got a “free product” by following certain rules. Yes, we know the rules, we follow the rules and like the “free product”. On the half way, they change the rules, we are on the way to the “free product”... so can you see the point right out there?

    I joined zSilver program since it was newly launched year ago. From Razer Arena being shut down after few months, then introduce zSilver capacity & expiration, catalogue refresh, P2P game changes and boom 40% price hike! It just show unprofessional by a listed company, which does not plan properly before start a new program and the words being repeated by many at above - communication.

    And you didn't.
    And here you are whining because you followed the roules so you DESERVE your free product.
    It's you who can't understand the situation.
    You are not a unsatisfied client. You have not paid anything. You don't like it? You go away.
    Instead you're here whining.

    Having a *reason* to complain and having a *right* to complain are 2 different things. There's nothing wrong with providing negative feedback so they can improve it, but no one is entitled to complain about an optional rewards system. It's a lot like homeless people saying the beds are too hard or the food isn't cooked well enough. It's similar to migrants in the EU where they cause trouble, take advantage of programs, then don't get kicked out and have the programs shut down for everyone else too now that they're just a burden. In this case, a burden on the forums and support system.

    This is where the problems lie. It's a shame that it ends up this way.

    Fully agreed. Great example given, rather than those "free, can't complain" or "don't like, go away" comments. As long as EU has a fair and integrity policy for all - bed made for human and nutritional food.

    Well, if in the few months you have been in the community you had said something ouside the zsilver prices or whining about them, maybe I could care of your opinion, since it's not like that for me you are the problem. It seems your ony care has been the better way to spend the Zsilver, how bad is the program, how disappointed you are.
    Sooo. You defend your divine right to been upset for have to wait two intire months for your Kraken.
    Your words speak of other than "As long the the bed is made for human and food is sustenance."
    (changing avatar and name dosn't work, it's all still there, 5 long months of whining)

    Human beings are really interesting. Who in his perfect sense whines about something that is free? we really live in troubled times.... I think it's a very good program for people who can't afford the products or don't want pay full price on them.

    I don't see the point of attacking him personally, he's a member like you and his opinion is as valid as yours. You can disagree and explain him why, but there's no point in trying to put him in a bad light, IMHO it does not make your opinion stronger and only risk to create more hate and to go OT.     I'd just have one request to razer, since it'll be much more difficult to earn what it takes to redeem products, can you at least set off the validity period of Zsilver ?
    I'll really appreciate it (and I think I will not be the only one:big_grin_:).

    Since she implied my opinion was bad and that my example was bad (the "those "free, can't complain" or "don't like, go away" was clearly attribute to my comment), and for stating this she used the exact opposite of what she is preaching on the last weeks, it's personal to personal. You're right, better ignore and go on, but I'm really fed up. After all it's benn said here and the status we arrived what happens? They whine more. I'm sorry, it's not my intentions create more hate, I just can't believe all "this" that's happened.

    so what if they change the rule??? it's still "free product".... yes is your bad luck because of it, but what can we do, it's their right to change since it's their program.... for me it's planned program for razer fans, what they not expect is too much complainer even from the razer fans....

    Yes.

    Everything else will run as normal, the only thing being suspended is the P2P portion. You can still earn zSilver through all the other available methods and you can still redeem vouchers and items. You just can't earn by playing while it's suspended.

    As for some of the other issues being addressed - there's plenty of room for discussion, and if it's done maturely and within reason then maybe the discussions can even help the staff make decisions and help get a new system in place. However, if things get personal or go to far then it'll probably just be easier for Min to say "You know what, forget it - just shut the program down."

    All I ask is that everyone be polite, not get personal and keep things on topic so that the discussion can continue in a healthy way. :)

    You guys think too much about yourselves and you have forgotten that Razer is a company. Like any other company, it requires a business model that is profitable. P2P is not profitable to Razer in any way. It is worse than having an appreciation sales where they still make 50% of something. With P2P, they make 100% of nothing. And bear in mind that unlike appreciation sales which hold only 24 hours, P2P is all year long.

    If you calculate from the beginning of this program, those hardcore gamers earning maximum zSilver per day should have close to 300k zSilver already. Just imagine if they all redeem their zSilver, things are not going well with this. All I can say is that it started with a noble cause but ended with a disaster.

    If I am one of the shareholders, I will definitely vote to shut down P2P.

    @R3AP3R Razer does not care about money they care about their products and fans, Like come on its free what the problem with that, would you rather pay hidden fee such as service fee, come on think smart Paid 2 play was going well until people start complaining over nothing. "If I am one of the shareholders, I will definitely vote to shut down P2P" What does that even mean, are you talking about the stock or what because im pretty sure the shareholders of the stock wouldn't care about the reward program, and shutting down Paid to play wouldn't help profit at all.

    How am I being naive? ITS A REWARDS PROGRAM, Real world? bruh don't even tell me about the real world I know enough about it. The whole point for Paid 2 Pay is for REWARDS people who CANNOT afford razer products you can ask min himself if he cares about money or the fans im pretty sure hes going to say he cares about the fans why you think he made the program. You don't know what Min gets or wants and besides its HIS company he can do ANYTHING he wants.

    Who told you P2P is not profitable? There is a lot of data collected by Cortex, a lot of services running even after closing cortex so they might still be making money from your data or gaming habits. BTW the collecting data part is purely speculation since I dont mind them collecting it but using any decent firewall setup you can easily see background processes from cortex running even when you exit all apps.

    They are shutting down the system only because of the hate and death threats, this isnt a business move. If that were true they would have never started the program in the first place since a program like this never has a profitability attached to it even if it was only 1 person playing and redeeming items.

    Really sad to see that you'll be suspending the Paid to Play program. I got my first Razer gear with P2P - a Lancehead TE mouse, and I have enough saved up for the Cynosa keyboard. I was looking forward to saving up more and getting a Blackwidow, but now I guess I'll just go ahead with the Cynosa. I really hope that you can come up with a way to improve the system. To be honest, your decision to include so many other games at 1 zSilver per min and featured games at 3 zSilver per min was a great improvement in itself!
    Really shocked to know about the death threats though! You're literally giving away stuff for free and yet people somehow want more...
