I personally think the program is awesome. I love what Mr. Liang-Tan and Razer is doing for all of us here.
I was ~1 month away of finally getting the BlackWidow V2 TE before it disappeared and the non TE version went way up in zSilver. It would've been my first mechanical and Razer keyboard all together. Sure it's sad when anyone is so close but hey it ain't the end of the world. I myself continue gaming as usual and collect zSilver in the hope the BlackWidow V2 TE will pop up again or redeem my collected amount of zSilver for something else awesomely. (unless the program will be taken down, which hopefully will not happen)
But all in all I wanted to get a Razer mechanical keyboard since around 3 years now and with out zvault I would not be able too probably get one for the next who knows how many years.
Long talk short sense in a way or another: I personally think we should all respect this program no matter our age. Lot of us here wouldn't be able to get hands on the desired Razer product made available for us in zvault if that program wouldn't even exist.
We all should take a moment and think about that!
For those whom think it's than necessary to do death threats to Mr. Min-Liang or the Moderators or any one else here should be expelled/suspended from the program or perhaps even from Razer Insider aswell.
Yes it is disappointing if you are 1 or 2 weeks, days away of redeeming your beloved peripheral because the zsilver was increased or the wanted peripheral/gear isn't currently on the list any more. Like others I'm sad too as I was so close, in my case, the BlackWidow V2 TE. But hey, I could and would finally have a mechanical keyboard and from Razer.

There is no reason to death threat because a product isn't available no more. Do you death threat your parents if your favorite soda or food is out in your household or do you death threat the store employee when your desired product is out? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
As well it came across to my attention that some wined about needing to pay shipment... Omg...YOU get something for free, the least you can do is pay for shipping. What do you expect? That Mr. Liang-Tan himself will deliver it to your doorstep???

ONCE AGAIN: RESPECT THE PROGRAM AND BE GLAD FOR ITS EXISTENCE

I hope my message is understandable by aswell using myself as an example here and wisen up some others whom been to blind to see what awesomeness we actually have here thanks to Razer and Mr. Min-Liang

Suggestion to the zVault/zSilver Program: In order to take part in such programs the user account should be at least 1 year old.

    Keep it!!!!
It is an awesome program, most people who complain about this do not truly understand how rare it is to see a company do a true give back to their customers. As you said, it operates at a net loss for you guys as it is not tied to revenue, and asking for Shipping is totally reasonable.

People don't appreciate the good willing of a person Like Mr Min Liang Tan by giving basically for free Razer gear.
It's by these situations that I've become a Razer fan.

I bet that no peripherals company would consider do this because they just think of money. Of course money/profit is important for company survival, but if you have the willing to create a program like this, why not?

I proudly own a Razer Mug and recently the Razer Electra V2 because of the P2P. Could the program be better? Absolutely. But it's a company decision and here on Razer Insider people who care about the brand are constantly giving feedback on the products, which truly makes me think that we all have a passion for this brand.

Mr Min I know you probably will not read this, but please consider very well on what to do to improve the P2P. I love gaming, just like you and the rest of the Razer Insider people that are loyal to you and together we can create a brand even more stronger that already is because of this amazing community.

I just beg that you don't scrap the idea and throw it into the bin. I know you don't want to do that. Just give it one more chance. Regards of the decision, I will continue to support this brand.

Thank you. If there's a problem, fix it immediately. Don't be afraid to yank it out of the current environment and only restart it if a sustainable solution is found.

Only problem in p2p is the zsilver expiration date :)

Maybe can change the policy like you need to have atleast 1 Razer product registered in Cortex/Synapse in order to join the P2P program. Then we can get a Win Win situation among Razer and the users.

P/S: None of us like our plan affected or delayed (e.g. price rising in redemption), but I feel like we shall not complain too much when we are able to get something free, we have nothing to lose initially. Don't take it for granted. Cheers!

I feel like the Smart guy in the front of the class getting punished because of the kids in the back doing foolery.
What about just baning every users who complains of the system basicly... ?
If gamers cant see when they win and have to always complain on developpers or society everytime, why they're gamers ?

The experition date is a problem, 40/day = 12 240 zSilver starting 1st March if its still disabled all the year.
I mean its cool to review and not close it from you Ming, but if you want to keep it alive, you have to think about everything, but I guess you didnt became a CEO by clapping your hands so I'm not going farther into this.

Well, obviously Im a bit mad because the kids who complains because they want a 2500$ Setup for free in 1 month killed the P2P system, but punishing everyone is not the right way, right ?
Everyone is sad/mad because this :frown_:

There is absolutely nothing wrong the paid to play program. As someone who uses it for it's intended purpose, please don't shut it down. I have basically no way to get Razer products without it.

I think that p2p is an awesome idea. I have been a razer fan since i was in high school. I'm 34 now. lol My first razer product was one that was a little more affordable at the time for me because i was a broke high school student lol. I had the one they colabed with microsoft. Razer Habu. I've since then have always bought razer products when i could afford them. I pretty much have everything razer ever since i could afford to get it. When i first saw this razer cortex p2p i was shocked! I was like wow how can razer just give away free stuff to people! How can they take their awesome products and just straight give it away to the community? I'll tell you because they're amazing! What other company out here is doing what they do for their community? they let you play the games that you like to earn points to give you their products! Yet when they decide to make some changes to it by upping the prices and adding a year expiration. People want to complain?! Like are you serious right now? No one does what they do to give you their stuff for free and because they decide to make a little changes you wanna bring all the negativity?

TLDR: Been a hardcore razer fan since i was in high school. Was blown away when razer zvault p2p came out!
Blown away that the community or people would be so negative when there is no other company out here doing what razer does. Who gives stuff away for free just by playing the games you love? RAZER and no one else! come on people!

It irritates me and makes me very Irate, that people would even do this to the Razer Company, I just recently got more time to try and earn more ZSilver by playing games, but the prices went up, which I understand, but now I see that in another post from Min, that the Paid to Play program is gonna stop on March 1st, so now I don't get a chance to earn anymore ZSilver through Game Play after that date which is the only real way I could get Razer Products.
It's sad to see people do this, all I wanted to do was earn enough ZSilver to get myself a new Razer Headset to replace my Original Kraken 7.1 that is about ready to see it's 4th Birthday, I wanted to try and get an upgrade to the Kraken 7.1 V2 model and get it if I could in Mercury Colors with Oval Earpads.
Now I'm not going to be able to do that, my Job just ended since it was Seasonal and I have to save what funds I can for the near future. I'm just hoping that in the near Future that Min and the Razer Team find a way to bring back the Paid to PLay Progam because Not only do I enjoy it, but it made me Start to enjoy VideoGames again, it put Purpose in my life to strive for something and made it a challenge that is both enjoyable and invigorating.
I personally don't know how to make the program better, or even on how to make it better/ equal among all the Users out there. Though I will say this, whatever happens I hope my words will keep that little flame that is Paid to Play stay alive for the future and it comes back bigger and brighter than ever!!

The official staff pretend they are reading every single post in every single thread. I had personal question for all of them and no one answered for 2 days now. So, either the moderators lie they read everything or I just hit them in their sick place and Razer at all. I guess it's the second one, most likely. This speaks worse for Razer and only confirms for their bad work. Razer can't say the real truth to their customers when they are in awkward position. Can we judge by this, the working process in the factories is the same like here-really bad, so the quality of the products is bad?

The only official Razer Staff member that is engaged in this thread is Min, the Insider Mods are not official staff members for razer (In most cases like this one), they more or less just support the community and such. They have only responded to basic questions that Min already responded to earlier in this post, and Min is a bit of a busy guide, and while he might read all of this, it does not mean he will respond to all of it.

I don't get what you mean when you say it confirms their bad work. What would the real truth be? I think it is a good idea to take the program offline for now because of all of the price bumps and some of the other issues, I kind have been hoping they would take it down to re work it at some point before it got to this point, I could see it coming.

Razer products are made by 'contractors' , third party companies so to say, so Razer does not have that much of a say what the working environments might be in those different factory's, they are just like apple in this sense where they design products and get other companies to manufacture.

First of all, thanks @mltan for the P2P programme, the zSilver idea and the whole staff to make this real. I remember years ago when I saw the first peripheral of Razer, a keyboard, the blackwidow. Gorgeous. I really thought I was never going to pay that amount of money for a keyboard, but still thinking that all that chroma and the sound of the keys, worth the prices. In addition, I've never heard bad opinions of the keyboard itself.

After working 3 months, I bought the keyboard I've always wanted. And then, joined the Razer community. That's when I saw the P2P programme and what it offers. Didn't know why you've created something like this, I really thought you were gaining some dollars letting us ''buying'' peripherals with just...playing even free games? But no, you even lose money with this. That's why I appreciate your idea to make this community bigger, giving the oportunity to everyone that could never afford a razer peripheral in the present.

Nevertheless, there is always the dark side of everything. People blaming Razer with something that IS FREE, we only have to play, something that we've been doing all the time, even before knowing Razer. And they now give us the oportunity to win your dreamed peripheral FOR FREE!. I will never understand it. Of course you've done something wrong, everyone of us did it. But it's an awesome programe, awesome.

So, thanks a lot for making this real.

By the way, as you are going to suspend P2P, making our gainings to maximum...<5k silver monthly, could we have a price down at least? Or delete the expire date, 'cause we aren't going to reach in time the amount. It's just an idea, I will be using this anyway.

    Thanks again for this.

Sorry for my missreading. You are right mods and official staff are not same thing. I apologize to moderators and offcials! Anyway that doesnt change the fact Im so disappointed by Razer's work. I wrote why earlier, and that's message personally for Razer. Good to hear their products are made by another companies, so Im calm they are not made by Razer. I imagine what their quality would be If their working process was as bad as it's here.

Thanks for the P2P. Got some nice giftcards and a headset out of it. Not entirely sure what the state of it will be in the future, but personally I hope it lives on.

P2P was a great program til it was "by the way" next to Insider and Cult of Razer. When it went on the open waters it became "a purpose" for too many new members. Truly regret that day.
