I know Mltan is a very busy man. But here's my thoughts for pay2play

1- Maybe change the voting system, free2play games always win and not everyone enjoys playing f2p for 3 zSilver a minute.
2- Consider adding PUBG, it could be potentially a budget loss for Razer if 1-2mil are getting zSilver on one game, but at least 1 zsilver per minute.

And if people have been complaining recently, it's probably because of the sudden increase in zSilver prices. It will pass.

We, Razer fans, truly appreciate this program which allowed us to get free gears, which no other companies had/would do this in the market. We also clearly knew that Razer obsolutely earn nothing from this program in the short term, perhaps long term too.

But, does it mean “fair” does not matter to exist when the reward is free? Sudden a 40% bump! I understand that Razer need to increase the zSilver prices, as from the middle point of view, I also feel that the pricing is a bit low. But, not this way! It is too sudden and without any commnunication.

People are just using this programme to idle and farm zSilver, the point that Razer had for the system was lost all together when no anti-AFK measures were implemented. Sure the 15 min thing was a good start but people are still making multiple accounts and idling throughout the day using Synapse of all things. I pointed this out before but I got a warning for it so I stopped posting about it all together.

For me the Paid to Play programme was about giving a friend or 2 a Razer product without them having to cry about how Razer products break down in a short time. I always buy the peripheral I need and honestly Razer isnt expensive when you see you are getting 2 years of confidence in their products(at least in the mice department).

As for the system right now, its all but lost. People who are crying/ sending threats are those who had ideas on farming zSilver for a certain time and getting some free items which they would either end up keeping or sell them outright for a quick buck. My two cents would be to shut it down unless you can do something about the AFKs and the multiple account farmers (Insider has so many fake/ multi accounts of people who have even openly admitted to farming zSilver).

In the end, its sad to see that you guys had the purest of intentions but sadly people are people and will always want to twist and abuse the system that benefits them.

The idea of the Paid to Play is really great, and none producer ever had such system for ALL users, even those, who didn't own any Razer gear... for free, earing by playing games - pleasant and useful.

There always will be haters, that will whine every time about shipping costs, high zSilver item prices etc. I wouldn't shut it down, because of haters. This is a really great addon for true and loyal Razer fans, which not only play games, but also contribute on Razer Insider, discussing, and helping each other. That's a Razer community!

As some earlier said - unfortunatelly there is some communication problem in Razer. I mean the zSilver price increase - there were no information about this, so I partly understood some people making a big noise about that.

And btw. It's awesome, that Razer is making the program available for almost everyone. I mean, that most (or all) big companies, are making giveaways etc. restricted to US/CA only, and none of them were available for PL users for example. I know, that there is a bunch of countries, that are not "supported" by Paid to Play program, but huge thank you Razer for this!

I'm sorry to hear this. The Paid to Play Program is a blessing for me.
These People are jealously without self-esteem. I don't know whats there backgrounds for doing these.
If It helps, in every great Business are haters if you are publicly vulnerable.
You making Gifts and i don't how doing "making Gifts" better.
For me it would be OK if you would earn Mony with Paid to Play, maybe with coporations with Gaming Publishers.

Comeback for Razer Arena would be great. zSilver as Reward for Playing in Arena and for Ranking Positions maybe.

Hi all ! I just want to say that your loyality program is something that other companies does not have and it shows that you are doing which is unusual and good for all the players and users. When I heard for a first time about RAZER INSIDER AND RAZER CORTEX I couldn't believe that this kind of program really exist. Now it became true !

Thanks to the zSilver & P2P program and don't stop and slow !

    Sir dont worry, everything with this programm is fine... However there are some suggestions I would like to make;

    1. As most of us dont have the time to earn 900 zSilver every day, you could allow us to earn an infinite amount per day. For example, I might have a tight programm all week and one day I can play 10-12 hours. I would like to earn all the zSliver I can since it will not damage you if I do it once or twice a week because of my schedule. After all, how much can someone play per day?

    2. We would like each weekend to be double, meaning to be able to earn 1800 zSliver every weekend.

    3. Why did you raise the prise for Razer Ornata Chroma? I have been trying to claim it for so long and now i need even longer. :'(

Thats it for now.. If I have anything else I will let you know.

    Thank you for your time

P.S. If you need an extra hand send me a p.m. I would love to work with you in e.g. brainstorming

That makes no sense in reference to the recent zSilver price increase. They push up the limit, because too many people were farming for the items.

Dear Min, the zSilver is a true blessing to ones that cannot afford gear. However there are some that don't really get that they need to give something (in this case it is their time) to get the peripherals. It is not fully free.

As a improvement i would suggest a counter of how many vouchers are left for a specific product. And maybe integration with your shop as I've seen people that have exchange their points for a voucher just to see that the product is out of stock (I know they should check the store first but i don't think that this kind of integrations is hard to implement to the system).
The other thing that comes to my mind is more exclusives. And I am not talking about famous Mug or Razer Toaster (but please release it at some point) but small collectibles are cool as well to add. Would love to rock a cap that will be available only via zSilver catalog.
Regarding the catalog there were a lot of rage because of unannounced changes in items available to redeem. Notice on that would be awesome, or maybe voting on next month vouchers?
Possibilities are endless but what will actually work is a lottery, especially that it takes a lot of time to make those changes.
Anyway, kudos to whole Razer Team for the awesome work!

I don't understand why people are sending death threats your way, its a great business format. I grinded 4 months worth of zSilver over the summer to get the item I wanted. It was so worth it in the end. I felt so achieved and proud with the item I got, it also gave me something to strive for and challenge myself to play for longer and longer. I would also say ignore them haters, they aren't worth your time and energy Ming. But the community has great ideas seen above and some of these I can see working in the zSilver/zGold system.

Conclusion is there is lack of positive feedback :|
We are, mostly all of us, thankful for the opportunity to participate in such generous giveaway, but.. we're not talking about, we're just happy in silence ;).
So a few always nay sayers is able to make an impression, that there are only they.
Let's overhelm these individuals with joy, happiness and good word.
If we got Paid for Playing, Razer should be praised for being as it is.

ML, do what you have to do, i'm just asking You to not give up.

    Keep it up Razer!

Yeah but seriously.. How much would anyone play per day?

Daily cap limit is good. Beign equal to 5 hours of gaming a day might be still too much for many people. Making it higher would benefit mostly the "farmers".
I believe that the expiry date is bigger problem for most users.

Noticed strange relation between amount of "give me more" attitude and the date of became Insider member.
It's funny how often the time equals with start of Paid to Play :)

If it's addressed to me - yeah, I've joined Insider after starting using Razer Cortex for P2P, but what's bad about it? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I was one of the people who commented regarding the zSilver updates, and although it is understandable that prices needed to be increased; I feel like there needs to be more transparency regarding what's happening to zSilver, cause I think that the complaints were centered around these. As these changes were introduced abruptly, without prior notice. It is unbelievable though that you have received death threats due to these updates.

Honestly, I don't necessarily like the idea of this shutdown, as it would cause more riot. Instead, I suggest that in every upcoming update, we'd like to know these updates before they come to the public, so we'd be informed ahead of time (whether major or not). And if ever possible, how long each zSilver reward will be available before it will be phased out completely/temporarily. I appreciate that you have listened to the complaints though and are trying to make a way to make everyone happy and satisfied. Thank you!

Don't listen to the haters. They are just greedy and don't appreciate what you are doing for the gaming community!

I personally love the P2P. I get a little reward at the end of the day for playing my favorite games! Can't complain about that! Sure, some months, my go-to games are not on the rotation, but really, who cares. It just means that someone else is able to prosper.

The expiration on the points is a little annoying but I do understand the need for it.

Overall, Mr. Tan, what you do for the community, is great! You didn't have to provide a P2P program, but you did. For that, you are an amazing CEO/gamer! You decide what is the best, and you will have my support!

I think i understand that because of the price of using zsilver to redeem razer things went up.
If life gives you lemon, grind harder. then the sense of achievement would be greater. One thing you can do something better is the cortex App on the phone. probably like easier to access the zsilver or purchase game using zsilver etc thru the app. i think that would be the next best focus is the app on the phone.

Negativity feedback is thanks to those greedy user who wanted more by doing what they are already doing.
I think the most heartache feedback is like this
"Garbage zSilver, wasting my time only!I invest so many time to play game but cortex never give zSilver" or something like that.
But they never realize that they actually doing the exact same thing before P2P is here. Just some ungrateful and greedy user here and there.

My opinion towards this P2P program is that I actually very happy that P2P is here and I can earn zSilver just by enjoying gameplay and exchange something for free. Keep up the good work.

Looking forward for mechanical keyboard that have under glow RGB like cynosa.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:
