    I'm thankfull and happy to hear these good news. The idea sounds interesting! Thank you @mltan !

    The continue of P2P will be enough for the trolls to suffer. In other hand, I suggested in another post to contact with internet police for the death threats.

    To be absolutely clear, we have not decided if we will keep P2P or not. It all depends on the community and the continued support/feedback. I don't want to restart P2P and have the same issues come back again.

    Yeah, I think creating different methods of earning zSilver is a great idea. This will show who the real Razer fans are. Whatever you could come up with as long as both Razer and fans are happy with it, with or without P2P, we'll support you.

    I would like to say thank YOU and everyone involved with P2P and Zsilver! It was because of this program that I was able to get my very first Razer product (which I 100% love). I hope the program continues in some form, but I just wanted to let you know my appreciation! So thank you very much! :yellow_heart:

    @mltan that system sounds a lot better, diversifying means it can't simply just be exploited but really focuses the program on the fans, which is what you guys are all about! Being rewarded for owning and using Razer hardware would be fantastic, as well as to say thanks for those who go out of their way to help others on the forums or recommend Razer gear to their friends.

    P2P is a cool system and I've really enjoyed using it, but I absolutely would love to see the system focused even further towards the people in the community who do their bit and help lift up the brand. That way its encouraging and rewarding good people and behaviour and eliminates the trolls and haters from being able to benefit. Who knows, perhaps we'll convert a few along the way (and hopefully give them a good butt kicking in a game of choice as part of an initiation).

    i think most of us didnt know of that until you (Razer) posted that you are shuting down p2p for those reasons. you are the company you are boss here not the customers. you wont fail because of couple people. just ban those stupid enough to say such threats and keep those who love you as company as human beings. :) i always loved you and your produts. I BEG YOU ONCE MORE PLEASE DONT WHUT DOWN P2P PROGRAM. Love from Croatia. ;* :heart:

    Tecnically ... if You think to "lower the rate" of Zsilver earned could be way more limitating for people who cant play the game 15 hours a day.

    Let me suggest one thing, for example.

    You play a game (any game, maybe even the one You choose montly) ------> 1 zSilver x minute

    You play the same game + you use a Razer registered product (let's say mouse)------> 2 zSilver x minute

    You play the same game + you use 2 Razer Registered Product (mouse + Keyboard) ------> 3 zSilver x minute

    Still the same game + 3 Razer pheripherals (mouse + Keypad + Headset ) ------> 4 zSilver x minute

    And if you have the full set, and you add a Firefly ------> 5 zSilver x minute

    And in the same time, you can eventually get an item and "upgrade" your zSilver earnings.

    What do You think @mltan ? Could this be the solution?

    Thanks for reading my post.:wink_::smiling_imp:

    I disagree with this being removed entirely.
    What better way to alienate yourself from your customers than to take away a reward system.
    I punctuate my disdain by making different purchases.
    Consumers have more power than they think.

    I really liked the paid to play program and I did not have any problems or complaints with it. There is nothing to complain about, you can get FREE Razer gear from just playing games which I think is amazing to give back to the community!

    So getting free stuff is a right? Those reward programs are made to give products to people at Razer's expense, they do not do it to get money. Also, the rewards system is not really going away, just a method is (There is still other ways to earn ZSilver).

    Well, I am sad to see it go but you have to do what you have to.

    It is really sad that giving something for free as a way to reward loyal gamers had turned into this. I wouldn' be surprised to see it go completely. But I would still want a double cap week until 1st of March so the ones who have been collecting to redeem something awesome could be rewarded what they have been earning for. I have been collecting zsilver for a razer kraken and when the program ends, I will be 9k short of it and I really can not afford topping up with zgold just to get that 9k.

    Other than that, if you give something for free, there will always be some greedy people exploiting it. And I could imagine having this done on a program that does not really profit from what it does is especially heartbreaking to you.

    I don't think anyone with a full Razer setup would want to bother with P2P. Unless the Razer peripheral used is redeemed from zSilver grind, then it makes sense to up level zsilver earnings. If not, it's gonna be like SW Battlefront 2 and call it "Pay to Win".

    THis system is good but why adding zSilver expiration?

    It's not "pay to win" if nobody is competing...

    The P2P program was started to provide a way for Razer fans to get ahold of gear they couldn't afford, and for many this meant getting their first piece of Razer gear. It's a rewards system for being loyal to the company so why should paying customers not get some kind of benefit? You don't get free Starbucks coffee without buying Starbucks coffee...

    That's understandable and i'm glad that you guys are putting thought and time into this to come up with the best solution. I'm sad that some have ruined the experience for all but I hope with all the community suggestions and internal ones that something even better comes out of it. If not then something else. The true razer family will always be here whether or not there is P2P or not

    Not to anything wrong with the program paid to play.
    This is just the problem of people who start complaining and are often stupid and do not think about what they are doing.
    It is true that some things perhaps the prices of things in zsilvers some of them are too high in relation to each other.
    But with the program in general is not anything wrong, on the contrary is one of the best ideas I've seen until today who knows and knows that says that is the best things I've seen because we receive "money" to play and with that power Sending razer products is an excellent idea.

    To be soecific, i do own a Mamba, BW chroma X, firefly and Thresher ultimate (ps4/pc).

    And i have something around 260k zSilver .... the thing i explained was not pay to win, but more as a "reward" as a customer.
    Don't forget ... you can get an item with the zSilver and upgrade your set.

    Btw mine was just an idea.
